Carlos was very friendly (even when I wasn't!), answered all of my questions and so was everyone else that I came in contact with. He was accommodating, listened and was very patient with me. I was very appreciative of this as I am spending a bit of money, investing in my safety.
He kept in contact with me during the week and by the weekend, I drove out of the Enterprise establishment with my brand new vehicle (15k miles).

Exactly one week to the date, I accompanied a friend to begin a search for a vehicle for her and myself (separately). On that very day, Carlos presented to me, via on-line search, two vehicles based on specifics that I gave him.

This location was wonderful and very helpful when purchasing a new vehicle. This was a very quick purchase made easy by my salesman Carlos. He was extremely friendly and made us feel comfortable while buying a car. I did not feel pushed to buy a vehicle once while I was here and that is important I recommend everyone stop by to speak with him when looking to buy or rent.
