There was something fishy going on with the prosecutor and my first and second court appointed attorney. He tried to bully me into pleading guilty. And he became very angry when I refused to plead guilty. It is as if there is a money making machine and when it cost them money they get upset.

I was overseas for a while. When I came back the siblings decided i do not live there anymore even though by law I still do.
Two weeks later I received a letter from the Nassau County Court to show up for eviction proceedings.By law I was to get a 30 notice of termination which the landlord neglected to give me.I was given a letter to appear in court as if he did that when in fact he never did give me a 30 day notice of termination.
My poor mom is the true victim but also the cause since she did not defend her home and set things straight from the start.
Just been going to court to sort some legal matters and i must tell you, everyone there is soon humane and honestly very courteous. From Court officers to people at the main Information desk, they are ALL very wonderful people. Their job is super tough but they still wear a smile. Surprise with so much positiveness. God Bless America!!!
I happily went to court as I was very anxious to tell the judge my side of the story. My landlord bragged of how he was a retired Nassau County Detective. The judge then told him that he should be ashamed of himself and it is not becoming of a retired officer not to do what is right by his tenants who clearly had an issue with a cockroach infestation.The judge was so nice. He gave me 90 days rent free to find a new apartment but because I didn't want to deal with those disease infested bugs, I was out and in another apartment in less than a month. I think that the Nassau County Courts are very fair. If you are right and you are honest, most, if not all of the Judges in Nassau County are very fair. My experience was a good one. I would like to thank that Judge for being so kind and understanding. My ex-landlord thought that his being a retired cop was going to sway the Judge in his favor. It backfired in his face and he looked very stupid standing in the Court Room that day. I want to thank that Judge for being so kind and understanding of my problem that my Ex cop landlord refused to address. There are good people in this world and I needed to express that.
2 containers on the front lawn and my room destroyed and my things left to rot outside. Every time I came to the home to see my mom they did not let me see her and called the police.
The home is a beautiful large home but rotten to the core with morality.
That is the home I grew up in. How can you stalk your own home?

I was wrongfully accused of stalking by my siblings as a means to nullify my mother's right to invite me home and my right to live there as I always have. It was a lie and guise to achieve their selfish goal of hoarding space for an illegally zoned amazon and ebay internet retail business.
Thank god I have now a better lawyer who has confirmed that my mom is totally against what they did and confirms my story.
My landlord refused to exterminate my apartment when the woman in the apartment behind mine in the same house went to Japan to visit her parents and brought back gigantic oriental cockroaches.The bugs were disgusting. I called my landlord and he laughed in my face, saying if I think he is going to get an exterminator Im crazy. My answer to him was that if he thinks he is getting hos rent, he is crazy.
